Leyla used to work for a a money making corporation back in her country Turkey. She started as an entry level saleswoman selling useless products that were very expensive such as lotions, perfumes, oils, cookware etc. She was very persuasive and even though she didn't stick to the sales pitch that everyone else followed she would lower the price, take some percentages off, offer free samples, and a buy one get one free promotion. They all worked winning leyla favor with her supervisor. The supervisor Ali noticed her sales and managed to raise her commision by a whopping 25%. Leyla loved making money as she soon raised up inthe ranks and soon became a supervisor then a manager at MMC. When she took the job in corporate she soon realized that all MMC wanted was money and that they were deceptive of their practices, she later resigned from corporate to attend a university. She took up some courses and one of them turned out to be a comparative religions class. She thoroughly enjoyed the class and met a sister by the name of Azime. Leyla and Azime got together and study just for those classes. Leyla learned Islam from Azime who later moved to the US to pursue her dreams as a paralegal. Leyla also moved to the US and stayed with Azime for a couple of days. Later her friendship grew with Azime and Leyla wanted to take her shahada mashAllah! The next morning they went down to the masjid and Leyla professed her shahada publicly she was happy! Leyla noticed a posting for the SSH on the bullentin board and contacted the owner, yaay since she is a new revert she decided to move there while Azime wanted to her own place to continue to pursue her paralegal dreams! Leyla thought of a great idea! Since she's good at marketing she decides to open up her own business selling alot of turkish gifts, hijabs, clothing and more! She also adds these gifts for free prizes during both game and trivia night!
