Yes, in the SSH we have a curfew. There is a shopping curfew, outdoor curfew, and room curfew. This simply means that noone is allowed to go shopping after hours, even if you have your own transportation. You do NOT need to be hanging out at the mall around 9 or 10 pm, what for? You need to be in bed, subhanallah. If you are working, that is acceptable. We will not leave the door open for you, but you will be given spare house keys so that you may enter the house. When you decide that you want to leave SSH because you got married, or found a job that helps you pay the bills, then you need to respectfully return the key to the HK so that in the future, when other sisters may work 3rd shift can use the same key to come in the house.
The outdoor curfew usually ends when it gets dark, nobody should be lingering outside, even if the backyard lights are on. Unless you are parking your car late from work, that's kewl, otherwise, bring your tale inside.
The room curfew is that certain rooms will be closed or locked until it's time to reopen them. Rooms like: Both playrooms, homeskool, laundry room, salon, exercise room etc. The Prayer room is always open, the study room may be open because there might be students trying to finish up homework, but please try not to stay up too long. Everyone at least needs to be in bed before 10 pm.
