I used made up names for fictional characters and made up information on an example contact sheet form by using Microsoft Access 2010 to show you that would serve as a form of records in the house. When you are approved for living here we will need the following info; first and last name, email address, how many kids, and a phone number. The reason that the company and job titles are for decoration I guess. It's none of our business where you work or your job title as long as it's not haram, because we do share alot in the house, and if one or more sisters are earning unlawful money or having unlawful jobs then the sharing money, food, clothing, materials, rent, etc would be tainted and we do not want nothing to do with either of those things so please becareful in choosing jobs or careers, because the money you make makes a difference for you, other sisters, your child, or children, other sisters' children and etc. I'm not sure if landlords do background checks on potential tennants so, keep that in mind.
