Monthly Trips

During the last week of the month inshAllah we can go on trips that we have saved up or raised funds for to go. At least either for a day, a few days or a whole week to stay in a hotel or whatnot. There will be an announcement of how much funds are available then there will be either a meeting for suggestions, people can write them on paper, then we will have a vote. Before we decide on a place, the amounts need to match the funds or close to so we can have an idea of whats to come. Then inshAllah there will be a winner! For those who want to go will need to pack ahead of time, they will get information on when and where to report. We will leave early in the morning so when we get there we will have some extra time either to go back home or to stay and look some more. Also, for the people who are going or want to send money for additional funds make sure you have enough to buy a souveneir. At least everyone who didnt bring funds get a budget of $10 for a sovenueir of their choice. Attendance before, during and after the trip will be taken for safety precautions. We will use the buddy system just as stated in the transportation post. If there is an extra sister then let her buddy up with two sisters and each are responsible for each other. Make sure you guys carry cellphones with you so that you all can contact each other and make sure if you have sufficient amount of minutes BEFORE you go on the trip. So Be safe and have fun!
