Where do the non-muslim sisters stand at the SSH?

This was another topic i also think about, and the answer is quite simple. THE SSH IS ONLY for believing and practicing muslim single sisters and single mothers and their children. The reason why is because non-muslims have different kinds of programs for women and their children to get involved in whereas for muslim women and children it is different, depending on where you live. A place where the believing and practicing muslim women and children get to have a place that is special and unique for their needs so that we can support and help each other achieve our goals whether it be for a temporary place to live, waiting to be married, a young teen muslim with no place to go, etc...And if the non-muslim women do not have such places like these in their area then they can start their own, but the SSH is NOT for them, sorry to disappoint you.

But what about spreading the dawah to non-muslim sisters and their kids?

I thought about that too and the answer is simple, the SSH is NOT a place for spreading dawah. Especially for the new sisters. You are going to have work on yourself first before you help someone else learn about Islam. Besides Allah makes muslims but we cannot teach Islam to ourselves. We must find a qualified teacher who knows the quran an the hadiths as well as arabic to teach us. You can go to the masjid, or go online. I recommend Sunnahfollowers because this is the site I go to learn my deen. Soooo much knowledge to learn and share. And anyway there are some good muslim sites for people who want to learn Islam. True dawah comes from your actions not from your tongue. So becareful how you act and treat people, that reflects back on the ummah.
